Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to establish and expand our presence in Balkan region. The role will focus on building strong relationships with international organizations, government institutions, and local partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with priority stakeholders
• Represent the company locally, providing cultural, operational, and procurement insights to headquarters.
• Track and analyze opportunities from international donors, defense agencies, and aid organizations
• Lead partnership discussions with subcontractors and suppliers, drafting NDAs/MOUs and exploring joint ventures when needed.
• Support proposal development by providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarks.
• Develop local operational capacity by identifying service providers for logistics, equipment leasing, and infrastructure support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Affairs, Logistics, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of international business development experience ideally donor-funded projects.
• Proven expertise in market entry, compliance, and partnership building in complex environments, preferably in the Balkans.
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems, compliance requirements, and opportunity management processes.

Fluency in English

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position based in Kosovo. The role requires five working days per week, 8 hours per day.

Work Setting: any country in the Balkan region.
